Create. Invest. Innovate. These words sum up the mission of HartNamtemah, Inc., a business consulting and investment firm that supports startups and global investors. Led by a team of successful entrepreneurs, HartNamtemah is passionate about uncovering remarkable business opportunities in Africa and fostering the growth and success of innovative startups.

Africa business potential has long been held back by a lack of strategic management expertise and early stage capital, but HartNamtemah is setting the wheels of change in motion on the continent. In addition to offering business consulting and mentoring, we invest in promising startups, launch our own ventures and projects, and connect investors and entrepreneurs with unique business opportunities throughout Africa and other emerging markets.
Inside Africa’s Economic Boom
All signs point to the exponential growth of Africa’s economy. According to the World Bank, Africa has experienced a gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate of 5% in the past 10 years and Africa’s GDP will grow faster than that of any other continent in the coming years. McKinsey and Company recently reported that Africa’s consumer-facing industries are expected to grow by more than US$400 billion by 2020. Despite connectivity issues and other infrastructural challenges, Africa’s economy is leapfrogging into innovation. For investors and tech startups, Africa is ripe with opportunity. Those who get in on the ground floor of Africa’s tech startup boom stand to benefit the most.

Stability and strategic guidance are needed to nurture Africa’s burgeoning tech scene and transform smart ideas into sustainable businesses. Owing to our wealth of experience launching and working with tech startups in both developed and emerging markets, HartNamtemah is well equipped to help African entrepreneurs succeed on the world stage and to educate global investors about doing business in Africa. We are committed to building bridges between like-minded entrepreneurs and investors who are enthusiastic about participating in Africa’s tech startup boom.
