Job Description

To provide HR services to the Supply Chain team and support the HR Advisor with the implementation of HR processes and procedures in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

HR Execution Collaborate with the HR Advisor to ensure an on-going and effective HR service is provided to Supply Chain Monitor HR processes regularly and collaborate with the HR Advisor to ensure conformance to and understanding of policies and procedures Develop a trusting and credible relationship with all stakeholders Assist the HR Advisor with ad-hoc administrative requirements related to employee requests, Payroll, HR systems etc. Support HR projects that pursue the achievement of the discipline’s goals in line with the organisational strategy Learning & Development Support and coordinate the training and development requirements of the Supply Chain employees HR Reporting Assist the HR Advisor with monthly headcount reporting to ensure that system data is accurately captured and reflected (SAP, Visier, Concur etc.) Responsible for maintaining and coordinating the updating of the Supply Chain organisational charts; ensure that reporting lines are correct in all HR systems (SAP, Visier, Concur etc.) Prepare ad-hoc reports for HR management when required Resourcing In conjunction with in-country HR teams and the RPO, support recruitment processes for Supply Chain Ensure that role profiles are up to date and accessible Responsible for coordinating all on-boarding activities for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition Support line managers with the on-boarding process for non-payroll contractors Assist the HR Advisor with organising and updating the recruitment tracker for Supply Chain; identify any cross-team/BU synergies Talent Management Support effective talent management and action planning within Supply Chain, including programmes for attracting, retaining and driving mobility of high-quality talent Support the HR Advisor to coordinate the talent/discipline review processes within Supply Chain and track the system output Performance Management Demonstrate a sound understanding of the new Anglo American performance management and incentive process and policy; support with the implementation plan as defined by the HR Principal and HR Advisor Global and Group HR engagement Work collaboratively with the respective local reward, payroll and GSS teams to ensure an effective service to the discipline; liaise regularly to discuss any issues and ensure awareness of upcoming needs or changes Pro-actively identify any opportunities, risks and threats to the HR processes/policies in Supply Chain

Certifications and/or Licences

HR Degree or HR Diploma with strong Supply Chain experience
