You have successfully completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree and have knowledge in business administration, marketing and sales.
You have good business acumen and a good understanding of financial ratios and derive business cases from them.
You have acquired industry knowledge in various sectors.
You have proven experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
As an entrepreneurial thinker, you are willing to go the extra mile.
You have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and French (German is a plus).
You have strong networking skills.
You are persistent, have logical and analytical thinking skills and are able to work in a structured and independent manner.
You have experience leading teams with a solid work ethic, intellectual curiosity and exceptional customer service.
International experience with a focus on Africa is desired.
