Expertise and experience SoluGrowth’s seasoned leadership team is highly experienced with a track record of delivery and reputation for excellence behind them. The leadership comprises former partners of professional services firm Deloitte with over 78 years of wealth of businesss expertise and skills garnered from years of serving the world’s most successfull companies and governments through Deloitte. They are joined, in the capacity as Non-Executive Chairperson, by Vandana Ramani who has 17 years of experience in Leadership and management and in delivering business transformation and optimization projects for clients accross the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. Their personal belief in the services offered by SoluGrowth is backed by their commitment to bring their clients world-class service. The directors of SoluGrowth are owners of the business, with 61% of SoluGrowth under black ownership. Our experienced teams comprise of high-end specialist knowledge resources(chartered accountants, actuaries, capital projects engineers as well as data analytics, digital automation and procurement experts) who provide advisory and technology based co-sourced or outsourcing solutions to domestic companies, global multinationals within the African continent, offshored centres of excellence for overseas-based companies and state-owned institutions.
