At the Inclusive Agribusiness Centre, we support start-ups and SMEs within the agricultural value chain in Ghana with business development advice. IAC helps clients improve or develop a sustainable business model that will lead to access to a) new markets, b) improved operational efficiency or c) access to finance. We provide one-on-one coaching, monthly clinics and an Accelerator Programme for entrepreneurs, both in start-ups or existing businesses. We can also design a workshop for your organization or partners or train your staff in becoming (better) business advisors.
